🌿 1. Kuding Tea Cake Brewing Guide

Best for: Traditional brewing, multiple infusions, daily tea rituals

Recommended amount:
Break off 3–5g (about a coin-sized piece) of tea cake

Steps:

  1. Gently break the tea cake and place it into a teapot or cup

  2. Add 250–300ml of hot water (90–100°C / 194–212°F)

  3. (Optional) Rinse quickly for 10–15 seconds and discard the first brew

  4. Refill with hot water and steep for 20–40 seconds before drinking

Re-steeping:

  • Can be brewed 5–8 times

  • Increase steeping time slightly with each infusion

Flavor notes:
Starts slightly bitter, followed by a smooth, refreshing sweetness.

🍃 2. Kuding Tea Bag Brewing Guide

Best for: Office, travel, quick and convenient brewing

Recommended amount:
1 tea bag + 250–300ml hot water

Steps:

  1. Place one tea bag into a cup

  2. Pour in 90–100°C (194–212°F) hot water

  3. Steep for 3–5 minutes, then enjoy

Re-steeping:

  • Can be re-steeped 20–40 seconds

Hot & Cold Brew:

  • Hot: Brew as above

  • Cold: Steep in cold water for 6–8 hours for a refreshing iced tea
